Ask about allergens when you order: US food law names nine major allergens (milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy and sesame), and kitchens can tell you which dishes contain them.
Restaurant inspection results are kept by the city or county health department; many publish them online or post the latest grade at the door.
For table service a tip of 15–20% is customary; at counter-service places tipping is optional.

Drove 20 minutes to get there only to find out it's in a hospital - fine, no problem. Circle the parking garage for 7-8 minutes waiting for a spot to open then navigate to an area where you have to check in as a visitor - fine, no problem (but crazy). Problem: YOU HAVE TO BE VISITING A PATIENT (OR BE ONE) TO GET ACCESS TO THIS PLACE! Where is this warning on Google? Such a letdown

The employees are great at greeting you soon as you walk in. Their customer service is phenomenal. Love this place. The food is prepared fresh and served just the way you like it.

1. ONLY GO HERE IF YOU ARE AT THE HOSPITAL! 2. How is there a drive-thru option on the second floor of the hospital? 3. You have to park and pay hospital parking fees. The fact that it is in the hospital should be written in the front of the driving directions!

I bought the spicy chicken sandwich under$9. I was very disappointed. There was 2 little fingerlings of chicken approx 3 oz.and almost nothing else b/w ciabata buns. The rest was jalapeños and cheese. It was very disappointing for the price and I was very hungry. Employees need to be aware that nothing is free. But when you spend nine dollars , you should get something.

I always get the same latte, but every time there’s someone possibly new cause I’m not super sure my order is wrong and I went back a couple of times to get it replaced but this time I’m not doing it. I’m just going to write a review because they either make it wrong or forget to put an ingredient in it and it’s very annoying to have to walk all the way back down just so they can do it over again. It happen too many times this is why I’m writing a review. Plus, I would like to say that the lattes are very expensive so you would think that they would make sure they’re putting all the right ingredients in when they make it. It’s just becoming very frustrating.
